In the spring of 1995, Henry Dinardo and Carol Bloom announced the opening of its full-service office in Baltimore, Maryland which would allow clients to experience the same full range of service the company offers in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Catering By Windows in Baltimore was launched at a gala preview party at The Baltimore Museum of Art, attended by many of Baltimore's event planners, socialites and party service professionals. The menu for the opening included medallions of lobster with avocado relish in a corn shell, racks of American lamb with baby vegetables, grilled tuna loins with cilantro pesto, loins of veal with morel sauce, a sushi and tempura station, fresh salads and a beautiful array of tarts, gateaux, miniature French pastries, créme brulees and fruits. The Baltimore office is headed up by two catering executives, Liz Scott and
Stevan Werlinich, who bring to Windows a level of experience not
otherwise found in Baltimore.
Catering By Windows is proud to cater corporate, gala and
social events in Baltimore at such sites as The National Aquarium in
Baltimore, The Walters Art Gallery, The Baltimore Museum of Art, Evergreen House,
The Columbus Center and The George Peabody Library.
